South Waterfront Food Carts
For years they were located at the south end of the South Waterfront, on SW Moody Ave, set on former loading docks.The carts were a favorite of the local neighborhood and popular among the OHSU work crowd. Let's Eat Thai was amazing in the day, with family recipes and $5 meals.

Later, a group of carts would form in the lot at the corner of Moody and Gaines, including Su Thai Kitchen, Umai Japanese Twist, now closed.
