The building is now Polaris Hall, an events venue located @ 635 N Killingsworth Court. It was built in 1930 and operated as the "North Star Ballroom" for many years.

The first man killed is frequently referred to as "Oregon Highway Patrol Officer". As pointed out on IMDb, this was a local oops! The correct terminology would be "Oregon State Police Trooper" or "OSP Trooper".
