Grimm Episode 214: "Natural Born Wesen"

"The Wesen code of honor comes into question when a trio of rogue Wesen robs a series of banks using their Grimm identities. Meanwhile, Juliette finds herself tormented by hallucinations."

After a spell-breaking scene with Rosalee (and Monroe and Nick and Renard) at the Spice Shop, Juliette heads home, and is dropped off by "Fast Eddie's Cab Company".  (As far as I can tell, a completely fictional service.)

Bank Robbery

The historic * Three Kings * bank building downtown on SW 6th Ave & Stark was used for this episode's bank robbery. It is currently vacant and the Grimm crew moved in for shooting October 29, 2012. The day of filming was filled with loud noises and big flashes of light.

Open for Business! Welcome, Little Big Burger

South Waterfront's Little Big Burger made its grand opening this week. Their 3704 SW Bond location is open 11-9 daily.


The store had notified the neighborhood about the official opening last Friday, but after a last-minute delay due to mechanical difficulties, it was put off. They opened on Tuesday 3/12 with free burgers, and plenty of neighbors showed up to partake.

Rumors about LBB moving in to this location date back over a year, which many questions and some skepticism over that time. It looks like many locals are excited to see them here and will keep them busy from here on out.

Grimm Episode 213: "Face Off"

Grimm is back! If you remember from the first half of the season, Grimm left us hanging on Episode 212 amid food carts and fighting. Juliette & Renard have been smooching, mysterious motorcyclists joined the scene, and Adalind is traipsing around town again.

Thanks to KGW & Monroe, Nick finds out about Renard & Juliette. Before he can storm out and track them down, he's called out to the scene of a quadruple homicide...the very same quadruple homicide that he was involved in just hours before.

As we saw in Episode 212, a fairly believable food cart pod was set up at 905 SW 16th Ave for these fight scenes. Blues City Biscuits, Old School PB&J, Bunk Sandwiches and Olympic Provisions were on display.

The old Customs House once again plays a nice backdrop to this scene. Adalind seems not too thrilled with her get out of jail free card, however, until Renard swoops in and kidnaps her.
